How TradeEdge handles your data.

Account and access data

TradeEdge supports qualifying Yeudy Trades access through Discord and standalone authentication through Whop. Discord can identify an account and verify server and role eligibility. Whop can identify a standalone customer and provide verified subscription status. The journal stores provider-neutral account and identity references, display name, access status, role, linked sign-in providers, and an optional email used for notifications. A sign-in alone does not purchase or grant TradeEdge access.

Standalone billing

Whop hosts standalone checkout and manages payment methods, receipts, renewal, and cancellation. TradeEdge stores only the provider membership, plan, lifecycle status, renewal or expiration timing, pricing cohort, and reconciliation history needed to determine access and assist with support. TradeEdge does not store card details. Discord is not required for standalone TradeEdge access.

Journal and broker-import data

Trades, notes, backtesting sessions, settings, and uploaded screenshots are stored for the signed-in TradeEdge account. Broker CSV files are parsed in the journal; the mapped completed-trade records you confirm are stored, rather than the original CSV as a downloadable file. TradeEdge is not a broker, does not maintain a member brokerage connection for execution, and cannot place trades.

Optional Apple Health data

Heart-rate and sleep records are stored only after a user imports an Apple Health export or uses the separately authorized sync. This information is account-scoped and is not part of the public preview. The Heart Rate area includes a control to delete all stored heart-rate and sleep records for the signed-in account.

TradeEdge AI

TradeEdge AI runs only when a signed-in user submits a question. The server selects the minimum matching evidence for the current page, date range, filters, cohort, or selected trade. It sends the question, up to eight recent messages from the open chat, and that compact evidence packet to OpenAI's Responses API. The packet can include performance totals, sample-quality indicators, exact supporting trade identifiers, and limited trade fields such as symbol, date, setup, grade, mistake, emotion, and shortened notes. It does not send the entire journal by default.

Personal and Preview Journal evidence is selected separately on the server. TradeEdge does not run analysis automatically and does not write AI prompts or responses to its database. The open conversation remains in the current browser page state. If AI proposes a commitment, plan item, note, rule, or practice scenario, it is only a preview; TradeEdge saves it only after the user explicitly confirms, and records the confirmed action in an audit table. Per-account safeguards and internal usage accounting protect variable-cost services without changing journal ownership. OpenAI processes submitted requests under its own service practices; TradeEdge does not make a separate promise here about the provider's retention.

Your controls and deletion

Users can delete manual trades, notes, individual screenshots, and optional health records in the journal. Imported broker trades are protected from individual deletion; the owner has a scoped undo control for the most recent import batch. Ending a standalone subscription changes access and does not automatically delete journal data. For full account and associated journal-data deletion, use the process on the Support page. Public trade-share links can be disabled from the Trade Review share controls.

Service operation

The application and its service providers necessarily process requests to deliver the journal, Discord or Whop verification, Whop-hosted billing, email notifications, market-data charts, and user-invoked AI. TradeEdge does not claim a fixed retention period, compliance certification, or encryption guarantee on this page.
